Bar Time & Place
The ancient pueblo of Mojácar in Almeria Province,
south-east Spain (pictured opposite) is perched a thousand feet up
in the Cabrera mountains. Showing is the southern slope of the village,
which faces the sea a mile away. The Bar Time & Place is
on this southern slope, towards the top.
Over the last 40 years, it has become an icon of
Mojácar Pueblo.
Beloved by locals and visitors alike, it combines a high sophistication
of design with traditional Spanish charm to create a unique ambience
which generations of customers have never forgotten.

Located
just through the historic 15th century arch in the
old town wall on the beautiful Plaza de las
Flores (Plaza of Flowers) - and in the company of
other fine bars and restaurants, The Bar Time & Place has
for many years set the style for the whole area.
Now, after nearly 30 years there, the owner, now over seventy,
has decided to retire. The bar Time and Place -
a building listed for historic interest (it was old
when Christopher Columbus was a boy) is for sale
Freehold! This creates not only an exceptional and
unique opportunity to own one of the most reliable businesses in
the Mojácar, but also potential to diversify into a restaurant
as well.
Nearest airport is Almeria, 45 minutes away. Alicante and
Murcia are about two hours drive.
